‘Civic deserts’: New life for the regions left behind

Check out the interview with Louisa Slavkova, co-author of the recent report “From ‘civic deserts’ to civic cohesion” & co-founder and managing partner at THE CIVICS, by Julien Wilkens for AufRuhr magazine. The report, published by a team of researchers as part of the  Civic Europe programme, is looking at peripheral areas with few opportunities for civic engagement and is exploring possible ways to strengthen civic life there.
