We wrapped up the second cohort of our Young Climate Professionals programme in person in Zagreb, Croatia. Under the theme GREEN CITIES | Transforming Urban Environments for Sustainability, our YCPs transformed ambitious ideas into actionable climate action projects, drawing on expert guidance, hands-on prototyping, and strategic planning while also exploring to explore the city's green initiatives and sustainability ventures firsthand.

The final online session for this cycle of the Young Climate Professionals (YCP) programme took place this January on the topic of Biodiversity: Preserving & Restoring Ecosystems. This session highlighted the importance of building resilience to climate change impacts at the local level, inspiring community engagement, and exploring nature-based solutions in preserving and restoring ecosystems.
